FRESH EGG PASTA

This time I made the dough using only eggs for the liquid,

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  •  1 cup all-purpose whole wheat four
  • ¼ tsp, fine sea salt
  • 2 eggs ,at room temperature
  • 2 tsp. olive oil

First, using the fork mix all the ingredients in the bowl .
Second, knead the dough for about five to ten minutes by feet until soft and smooth

Before roll out the dough, rest it for a while.
Cut into 5mm width and let them rest about 5min. then boil .



 I should have rolled out the dough thinner..   

Pasta with Fresh Tomato, Anchovy, Black olive, Fresh basil.
