Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup all-purpose whole wheat four
- ¼ tsp, fine sea salt
- 2 eggs ,at room temperature
- 2 tsp. olive oil
First, using the fork mix all the ingredients in the bowl .
Second, knead the dough for about five to ten minutes by feet until soft and smooth
Before roll out the dough, rest it for a while.
Cut into 5mm width and let them rest about 5min. then boil .
